All prices for products and shipping are in US Dollars.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Check. If paying with a check we will not ship items until the check has cleared.

FABRIC SPECIFICATIONS

All fabric is 42 to 45 inches wide and 100% cotton unless stated in the product description.

ORDERING INFORMATION

The minimum amount of fabric you may order is 1/4 yard.
We use a secure server for credit card transactions.
If you do not wish to give your credit card information over the internet, please call us at 931-836-2125 and we will take your credit card information over the phone.
Simply Southern Quilts has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed.
Special Orders require a deposit which will not be refunded if you cancel.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your order is very important to us at Simply Southern. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Our goal is to ship your order within 1 to 2 days of receipt of your order. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be shipped the next business day.

Most orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with a 2 to 3 business day delivery time to most destinations. If you wish your order to be shipped differently, you need to indicate in the "Special Shipping Instructions" your preferred shipping method.

All SHIPPING CHARGES on your invoice are ESTIMATES and will vary depending on the yardage and type of fabric ordered. Brushed and Flannel fabrics are bulkier and may require a larger envelope or box. Your invoice will be updated and when different than the online invoice, we will let you know the actual shipping cost by phone or email.

We do not charge a "handling fee", but use the actual shipping cost.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Shipped to any US destination regardless of actual weight.


USPS Priority Mail:
Flat Rate Envelope: $4.80

This envelope can usually hold up to 6 yards.

Flat Rate Box: $9.80
Boxes can hold 15 yards of fabric.
Maximum weight is 70 lbs.

If order is greater than 70 lbs., we will ship using UPS. All orders shipped via UPS will be shipped Ground, unless another method is preferred. You will be notified by email or phone with the exact shipping amount.

Insurance will not be added, unless instructed to do so by customer (at an additional charge). All orders $100 and over will automatically have insurance added to the total price.

We will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

OVERSEAS/FOREIGN SHIPPING

-6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations.
-These envelopes can only be tracked to major destinations.
-Insurance is available for a fee.
-Please note that you are responsible for any customer duty or fees on your end.
-If lost or damaged, items will not be replaced or credit given by Simply Southern.
-If shipping using USPS Priority Mail International, you assume all risks and costs.

4 pound maximum weight limit

Canada & Mexico - $9.95
Most other countries - $11.95

USPS Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Box:
Can hold up to 15 yards of regular fabric
20 pound maximum weight limit

Canada & Mexico - $23.95
Most other countries - $38.95

USPS Priority Mail International LARGE Flat-Rate Box:
Can hold up to 50% more than standard Flat-Rate Box.
20 pound maximum weight limit

Canada & Mexico - $29.95
Most other countries - $49.95

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Simply Southern is committed to making our customers happy with their purchase.

We will gladly replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. However, you must return the items in its original condition. We cannot accept washed fabrics, cut fabrics, fabrics with cigarette odors, other odors, etc.

Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.

Please DO NOT return any item without the prior authorization of Simply Southern. Please contact us by email (simplysouthernquilts@frontiernet.net) or phone 931-836-2125 as soon as possible.

Request for returns must be received within 30 days of shipping date of your order.

Sale items, cut yardage and special orders are FINAL; no returns are accepted. Sales of books, CD’s, and patterns are also FINAL; no returns are accepted due to copyright laws.

In showing fabric images on our web site, we do our best to achieve the highest level of color accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee how they appear to you or on your computer. Colors may vary for many reasons including the way your computer monitor displays colors.
